Delete Your Account & Data

You're always in control of your ShelfLife data.

You can permanently delete your ShelfLife account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how — both from inside the app, and, if you no longer have access to it, by request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

This is the fastest way, and takes effect immediately:

1

Open ShelfLife and sign in.

2

Go to Profile → Account & Privacy.

3

Tap “Delete Account” and confirm. You'll be asked to re-authenticate to confirm it's really you.

Once confirmed, your account and data are deleted right away and you're signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, you can request deletion instead. Email us from the address associated with your ShelfLife account:

Send your request to:

moforemmanuel722@gmail.com

Include the subject line “Delete my ShelfLife account” and the email address your account uses, so we can verify it's you.

Email us to request deletion

We process email deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, display name, photo, preferences)
  • All products and categories you've added
  • Your membership in any shared households (household data owned by other members is not affected)
  • Your notification history and logs
Some information may be retained for a limited time after deletion where we're required to for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
